Loretto Vest

Originally published in Knitscene Winter/Spring 2010, the Loretto Vest can now be purchased as a single pattern from the Interweave Store.
Inspired by the classic western shirt, Loretto Vest features pointed yokes and textured stitch patterns. Worked flat in one piece, the body is worked in Stockinette stitch with waist and bust shaping at the sides. The yokes are outlined with cables and filled with Reverse Stockinette stitch. The collar is worked in Double Moss stitch. Edges are finished with 2x2 rib.

YARN:
Cascade Greenland (100% superwash merino; 137 yd [125 m]/100 g): #3527 sunflower, 5 (6, 6, 7, 8, 9) skeins
NEEDLES:
US 7/4.5 mm: 16" and 24" circular needles
